Re: Unit 1, Westgate Industrial Estate, Bedfont, Middx On movinig into brand new premises of 13,500 sq feet, our company, Senator International Ltd, the UK branch of a multi site large German freight forwarder, installed a state of the art hanging garment handling facility to process high end quality fashion, imported by air into the UK. In order to maximise the impact, the company decided to enhance the floor area by having it painted in a highly visible, durable colour, seperating it both visually from the other warehouse area's, and providing an easy clean area commensurate with the produts being handled. The company appointed Routeback to undertake this work, which covered an area of appx 2000 sq feet. Routeback provided a complete service, from preperation through to completion, and were proactive in suggestions of both colour, and type of product required. The completed work was of both the highest standard and visually very impressive and achieved exactly what the company required. Routeback were fast, efficient, extremely clean, and completed the work on budget. Furthermore, 2 years after completing the work, despite heavy footfall in the area, including pallet trucks, the quality of the surface has shown no signs of deterioration. Kevin first came to us on the recommendation of some neighbours, and we have been very satisfied with the work he has done for us ever since. Originally, Kevin undertook the re-painting of the exterior of our house in 2006. We were so pleased with his standard of work that we booked him to redecorate the whole of the interior. This has included stripping, lining and painting the walls of the hall, staircase and two reception rooms. All the other rooms, including the consevatory, were emulsion and gloss painted.
